These terms govern your use of CA Electrical Prep. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. CA Electrical Prep is operated by MITRYXA.COM, which also handles billing for the service.
What the service is
CA Electrical Prep is an independent study resource that helps you prepare for the California C-10 Electrical Contractor License exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), PSI, or any government agency. Official requirements, applications, and fees are set by those agencies.
No guarantee of passing
We work hard to keep our material accurate and current, but no course can guarantee you will pass an exam. Your result depends on many factors, including your own preparation. Our material is a study aid, not a substitute for the official California Electrical Code or professional judgment.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract. One account is for one person.
Payment and refunds
Full access is a one-time purchase of $125 (no subscription). Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of MITRYXA.COM, and the charge will appear as MITRYXA on your card or bank statement. If the course is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account, or copy, resell, or redistribute our lessons and questions.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to extract the question bank.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Intellectual property
All lessons, questions, explanations, and design are the property of CA Electrical Prep and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the material to study for your own exam — nothing more.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
